PAGA Group definition

PAGA Group means all individuals employed by Defendant in California as an
PAGA Group or “PAGA Group Members” mean all Class Members, whether or not they submit a request for exclusion from the Settlement Class, employed by Defendant during the PAGA Period.
PAGA Group or “PAGA Group Member(s)” means all current and former hourly-paid 2 and/or non-exempt employees who were employed by Defendant in the State of California at any time 3 during the PAGA Period.

  • The remaining twenty-five percent of the PAGA allocation (the “PAGA Group Share”) shall be distributed to “PAGA Group Members” as “Individual PAGA Payments.” PAGA Group Members are those individuals employed by Defendant as Assistant Store Managers in California on or after November 20, 2016.

More Definitions of PAGA Group

PAGA Group or “PAGA Member” means all persons who are a member of either the Independent Contractor Class or the Detailer Class from October 20, 2020 to July 28, 2022.
PAGA Group means all members of the Homecare Settlement Class or the Wage Statement Settlement Class described herein who were employed by Defendants in California from June 21, 2016 through April 30, 2020, whether or not such individuals elect to become Participating Class Members under the terms of this Agreement.
PAGA Group or “PAGA Group Members” mean all Class Members, whether or
PAGA Group or “PAGA Group Member(s)” means all current and former non-
PAGA Group means and refers to all current and former non-exempt California employees of Defendant employed at any time from July 29, 2020, to the date of preliminary approval of the Settlement. Each member of the PAGA Group is a "PAGA Group Member."
PAGA Group is a sub-group of the Class. The PAGA Group or PAGA Group Member(s) means all individuals employed by Defendant during the PAGA Period as non-exempt hourly employees.
PAGA Group means each and every Aggrieved Employee, collectively.
