Pad Owners definition

Pad Owners means any owner of any fee interest in property contiguous to or surrounded by the Property who has entered into or is subject to a reciprocal easement agreement or other agreement or agreements with Borrower either (a) in connection with an existing or potential improvement on such property or (b) relating to or affecting the Property.
Pad Owners means any owner of any fee interest in property contiguous to or surrounded by the Trust Property who has entered into or is subject to a reciprocal easement agreement or other agreement or agreements with Grantor either (a) in connection with an existing or potential improvement on such property or (b) relating to or affecting the Trust Property.

Purchasing all or a portion of the output of a generation resource shall not be sufficient to qualify a Member as a Generation Owner. For purposes of Members Committee sector classification, a Member that is primarily a retail end- user of electricity that owns generation may qualify as a Generation Owner if: (1) the generation resource is the subject of a FERC-jurisdictional interconnection agreement or wholesale market participation agreement within PJM; (2) the average physical unforced capacity owned by the Member and its affiliates over the five Planning Periods immediately preceding the relevant Planning Period exceeds the average PJM capacity obligation of the Member and its affiliates over the same time period; and (3) the average energy produced by the Member and its affiliates within PJM over the five Planning Periods immediately preceding the relevant Planning Period exceeds the average energy consumed by the Member and its affiliates within PJM over the same time period. Generation Resource Maximum Output:

  • Unit owner means the declarant or other person who owns a unit, or a lessee of a unit in a leasehold common interest community whose lease expires simultaneously with any lease, the expiration or termination of which will remove the unit from the common interest community but does not include a person having an interest in a unit solely as security for an obligation. In a condominium or planned community, the declarant is the owner of any unit created by the declaration until that unit is conveyed to another person, in a cooperative, the declarant is treated as the owner of any unit to which allocated interests have been allocated pursuant to section 38-33.3-207 until that unit has been conveyed to another person, who may or may not be a declarant under this article.

  • Working interest owner means a person or the estate of a person who owns an interest in oil and/or gas in the unit area by virtue of a lease, operating agreement, fee title, or otherwise, including a carried interest, the owner of which is obligated to pay, either in cash or out of production or otherwise a portion of the unit expense. “Working interest owner” does not include an unleased mineral owner.
