  • The Travel Organizer shall not be liable for potential errors during the publishing of the Travel Program/Travel Package Deal.

  • The Travel Organizer may offer the Travel Agent a changed Travel Package Deal, that is, the Agree- ment with the stated modifications and their influence on the agreed travel price.

  • The Travel Package Deal prices are published in kunas and shall be valid from the day they are published in the Travel Program.

  • The Travel Package Deal prices in general do not inc- lude, unless otherwise agreed, airport taxes, visa issuing expenses, tickets for visiting tourist places and optional tourist contents.
