Oxford Security Interest Enforcement Action definition

Oxford Security Interest Enforcement Action means the initial assignment of this Agreement by Customer to certain principal tenders as a result of the lendersenforcement of a security interest granted to them in connection with the $18 million secured loan facility that Customer closed with Oxford and CLI Healthcare LLC on or about June 30, 2008.
