Ownership Period definition

Ownership Period means the period from and after the acquisition of the direct or indirect ownership of the Project by Green Courte Real Estate Partners, LLC through the date hereof.
Ownership Period means (i) for Projects indirectly owned by American Land Lease, Inc., the period from and after February 18, 2009 (being the date that GCP REIT II acquired approximately 92% of the common stock of American Land Lease, Inc. pursuant to a tender offer) through the date of this Agreement, and (ii) for any other Project, the period from and after the acquisition of the direct or indirect ownership of the Project by Green Courte Real Estate Partners, LLC through the date hereof.
Ownership Period means the period during which the Investor and its Covered Affiliates continue to Beneficially Own in the aggregate Common Stock representing at least ten percent (10%) of the aggregate outstanding Common Stock.
