Owner’s Project Manager definition

Owner’s Project Manager as used throughout the Contract Documents means an individual authorized by the Owner to administer the Project.
Owner’s Project Manager means the individual corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, joint stock company, joint venture, or other entity under contract with, designated, or assigned by the District and approved by the Authority, to fully and completely manage and coordinate administration of the Project to completion. The Owner’s Project Manager must meet the qualifications set forth in M.G.L. c. 149, § 44A ½, 963 CMR 2.00 et seq., and all applicable policies and guidelines of the Authority.
Owner’s Project Manager means the project manager either internal to the Owner or appointed by the Owner to assist the Owner in the implementation of the Project.

Owner’s Project Manager means that individual designated by Owner pursuant to Section 4.6.
Owner’s Project Manager. The "Project Manager" as used in this process shall mean the Owner’s department / division or agency manager / supervisor or by or through that person's duly authorized assistants.
