Owner’s Percentage definition

Owner’s Percentage means, at any time with respect to any Owner in an Ownership Group, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Net Investment of such Owner at such time and the denominator of which is the aggregate of the Net Investments of all Owners in such Ownership Group at such time.
