Promptly after receipt by an Owner Indemnitee of any claim or notice of the commencement of any action, administrative or legal proceeding, or investigation in connection with an actual or potential claim from a third party as to which any indemnity provided for by Contractor in this Article 11 may apply, the Owner Indemnitee will notify Contractor in writing of such fact.
