Owner-Furnished Materials definition

Owner-Furnished Materials means those documents, equipment and other materials furnished by Owner to Contractor in connection with Contractor's performance of the Work.

  • Owner-Furnished Materials – The Owner reserves the right to furnish such materials as it deems advisable, and the Contractor shall have no Claim for costs, overhead, or profit on such materials.
