Owner-Furnished Materials definition

Owner-Furnished Materials means those documents, equipment and other materials furnished by Owner to Contractor in connection with Contractor's performance of the Work.
Owner-Furnished Materials means the equipment and/or materials that Owner undertakes to provide to Contractor as set forth in Section 8 of Attachment III-A.
