OverVoice definition

OverVoice means the patented and patent pending proprietary technology called OverVoice, which enables the transmission of voice, data and video simultaneously over traditional copper wires.
OverVoice means services utilizing technology owned, licensed to, and/or otherwise controlled by CAIS, which technology, among other things, is utilized to communicate digital signals over twisted pair wires, including wires actively conducting voiceband communication.
OverVoice as currently marketed and as proposed to be marketed are covered by the Patent Rights.

Related to OverVoice

  • Company’s workforce means the persons (and the dependants of those persons) engaged whether as employees, agents or contractors in the construction and operation of the facilities to be established pursuant to approved proposals;

  • Overvote means that the elector marks or designates more names than there are persons to be elected to an office or designates more than one answer to a ballot question, and the tabulator records no vote for the office or question.

  • Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Business Critical means any function identified in any Statement of Work as Business Critical.

  • Dell means Dell Inc., a Delaware corporation.
