Master Lease This schedule is issued pursuant to the Lease identified on page 1 of this Schedule. All of the terms and conditions of the Lease are incorporated in and made a part of this Schedule as if they were expressly set forth in this Schedule. Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.
Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Dundee City Council) Designation Order 2003; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and
the parking area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and as a special parking area by article 4 of this Order.
Premises of Company means, YTPS project situated in Raichur District Karnataka State.
