Ground water means water below the land surface in a zone of saturation.
inland waters means the navigable waters of the United States shoreward of the navigational demarcation lines dividing the high seas from harbors, rivers, and other inland waters of the United States and the waters of the Great Lakes on the United States side of the International Boundary;
Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.
Geothermal energy means energy contained in heat that continuously flows outward from the earth that is used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.
Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

Graywater means untreated wastewater that has not been contaminated by any toilet discharge, has not been affected by infectious, contaminated, or unhealthy bodily wastes, and does not present a threat from contamination by unhealthful processing, manufacturing, or operating wastes. "Graywater" includes, but is not limited to, wastewater from bathtubs, showers, bathroom washbasins, clothes washing machines, and laundry tubs, but does not include wastewater from kitchen sinks or dishwashers. Health and Safety Code Section 17922.12.
Transportation Company means any organization which provides its own or its leased vehicles for transportation or which provides freight forwarding or air express services.
Hot water means an aquatic venue with water temperature over 90 degrees Fahrenheit (30 degrees Celsius).
Greywater means all liquid wastes from showers, baths, sinks, kitchens and domestic washing facilities, but does not include toilet wastes;
Fresh water means water having a specific conductivity less than a solution containing six thousand (6,000) parts per million of sodium chloride.
Gray water means wastewater collected separately from a sewage flow that originates from a clothes washer, bathtub, shower, and sink, but does not include wastewater from a kitchen sink, dishwasher, or toilet.
cogeneration means the simultaneous generation in one process of thermal energy and electrical or mechanical energy;
LPG means liquefied petroleum gas.
Net energy metering means the difference between the kilowatt-hours consumed by a customer-generator and the kilowatt-hours generated by the customer- generator's facility over any time period determined as if measured by a single meter capable of registering the flow of electricity in two directions.
Ballast water means water with its suspended matter taken on board a ship to control trim, list, draught, stability or stresses of the ship.
Dewatering means the removal of water for construction activity. It can be a discharge of appropriated surface or groundwater to dry and/or solidify a construction site. It may require Minnesota Department of Natural Resources permits to be appropriated and if contaminated may require other MPCA permits to be discharged.
Production company means a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or other business entity engaged in the business of producing qualified productions and is registered with the Arkansas Secretary of State to engage in business in Arkansas;
Generating Company means any company or body corporate or association or body of individuals, whether incorporated or not, or artificial juridical person, which owns or operates or maintains a generating station;
energy storage means, in the electricity system, deferring the final use of electricity to a moment later than when it was generated, or the conversion of electrical energy into a form of energy which can be stored, the storing of such energy, and the subsequent reconversion of such energy into electrical energy or use as another energy carrier;
Potable water means water that is fit for human consumption;
Surface water means all water which is open to the atmosphere and subject to surface runoff.
Electric power train means the electrical circuit which includes the traction motor(s), and may also include the REESS, the electrical energy conversion system, the electronic converters, the associated wiring harness and connectors, and the coupling system for charging the REESS.
State waters means all water, on the surface and under the ground, wholly or partially within or bordering the Commonwealth or within its jurisdiction, including wetlands.
Water Service Connection means the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water works that is located between the Corporation’s watermain in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.
connection pipe means a pipe, the ownership of which is vested in the municipality and installed by it for the purpose of conveying water from a main to a water installation, and includes a “communication pipe” referred to in SANS 0252 Part I;
