Overfunded Amount definition

Overfunded Amount. As to any Subsequent Transfer Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of (i) the amount on deposit on the Initial Interest Coverage Account on such date and (ii) investment earnings on such amount at the rate of 2.5% per annum from such Subsequent Transfer Date to the next Pre-Funding Distribution Date over (y) the Capitalized Interest Requirement for each remaining Pre-Funding Distribution Date.
Overfunded Amount shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.2(c)(ii) of the Participation Agreement.

More Definitions of Overfunded Amount

Overfunded Amount means an amount in euros equal to the amount by which the Company’s proceeds from the Overfunding and Negative Interest Sponsor Units exceeds the amount required by the Company to cover the amounts needed to (a) complete the Offering Redemptions or (b) pay any Negative Interest (as the case may be when calculating the number of Overfunding and Negative Interest Sponsor Units that may be redeemed).

If the Overnight Bank Funding Rate determined as above would be less than zero basis points (0.00%), then such rate shall be deemed to be zero basis points (0.00%).
