Overflow Parking definition

Overflow Parking means those certain locations off Airport for use by TENANT as overflow parking.
Overflow Parking means that area designated by the County not included as part of the Ready/Return Spaces or the Service Area parking spaces where the Operator may temporarily park excess rental car vehicles for a limited period of time. The rental rate for use of the spaces will be at fifty percent (50%) of the applicable Ready/Return Space rental amount.
Overflow Parking. Is only used for your second vehicle or for visitors. Guest Parking: The preferred location is at the RV site the guest is visiting.   • In the event the obligation to pay the Overflow Parking Rent begins or terminates on some other day other than the first or last day of the month, the fee shall be prorated to reflect the actual period of use based on a thirty (30) day month.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the Ready Car Parking Area Rent, Common Area Rent, or Overflow Parking Rent be reduced by any such adjustment.

  • TENANT shall submit on or before the first day of each month, payable monthly in advance, payment of Ready Car Parking Area Rent, Common Area Rent and Overflow Parking Rent as provided in Section 4.01 (RENT).
