Overflow Parking definition

Overflow Parking means those certain locations off Airport for use by TENANT as overflow parking.

Overflow Parking means that area designated by the County not included as part of the Ready/Return Spaces or the Service Area parking spaces where the Operator may temporarily park excess rental car vehicles for a limited period of time. The rental rate for use of the spaces will be at fifty percent (50%) of the applicable Ready/Return Space rental amount.

Examples of Overflow Parking in a sentence

  • TENANT shall submit on or before the first day of each month, payable monthly in advance, payment of Ready Car Parking Area Rent, Common Area Rent and Overflow Parking Rent as provided in Section 4.01 (RENT).

  • The use of the Overflow Parking Lots will be for non-NFL events listed on Exhibit B to the LOA.

  • Resolution No. 2015-155 approves and authorizes execution of the Letter of Agreement for Temporary Use of Overflow Parking Lots for Non-NFL Events at Raymond James Stadium at Tampa International Airport with the Tampa Sports Authority; and authorizes the Chief Executive Officer or his designee to execute all other ancillary documents.

  • Should the Authority at any time during the Term require the use of all of the Overflow Parking Lots, the Authority will deliver to TSA written notice of its intent to terminate the LOA which termination shall take effect 60 days from the date of delivery of the written notice.

  • Overflow means the intentional or unintentional diversion of flow from the collection and transport systems, including pumping facilities.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Underground tank means a device meeting the definition of tank whose entire surface area is totally below the surface of and covered by the ground.

  • Parking No unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("Unreserved Parking Spaces"); and no reserved vehicle parking spaces ("Reserved Parking Spaces"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Parking Areas means those areas located upon the Property designated by Landlord, from time to time, to be parking areas.

  • Underground storage tank system means an underground storage tank and the connected underground piping, underground ancillary equipment, and containment system, if any.
