Overarching Agreement is the contract between the Company and the Flexibility Service Provider and the Company. It lasts for 8 years and allows Flexibility Service Providers to have a single contract thus creating a foundation for engagement with future tenders. Overarching Agreement means the agreement concluded in and between the Parties at the commencement of their relationship as such regulating the ongoing relationship and individual Sale Agreements in and between them;
