Overage Rent definition

Overage Rent means, with respect to any Company Lease that provides for the payment of additional or escalation rent based upon (a) a percentage of a tenant’s gross sales during a specified annual or other period or (b) increases in real estate taxes, operating expenses, labor costs, cost of living indices or xxxxxx’x wages.
Overage Rent shall have the meaning assigned thereto in subsection 11.2(a).
Overage Rent shall have the meaning provided in Section 7(a)(i)(B).

  • Finally, I calculate rent-splitting parameters (bargaining power) relying on individual wage data, transition parameters and productivity measures estimated in the previous stages.

  • Except for re-adjustments of Overage Rent to be made pursuant to subsection 11.2(e), if any such items are not determinable at the Closing, the adjustment shall be made subsequent to the Closing when the charge is determined.

Overage Rent. As defined in Section 4.1.
