In the case of any Account Debtor which is an Affiliate of any other Account Debtor, the Account Debtor Concentration Limit, the Account Debtor Concentration Overage Amount and the aggregate Unpaid Balance of Pool Receivables of such Account Debtors shall be calculated as if such Account Debtors were one Account Debtor.
