Over-Allotment Option Closing Date definition

Over-Allotment Option Closing Date means the date, which shall be a Business Day, as set out in the Over-Allotment Option Notice or such other date as the Company and the Underwriters may agree upon in writing.
Over-Allotment Option Closing Date means the date, not earlier than the Closing Date, for an Over-Allotment Option Closing as set out in the Over-Allotment Option Notice;
Over-Allotment Option Closing Date has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.1 hereof;

Examples of Over-Allotment Option Closing Date in a sentence

  • The Over-Allotment Option Closing Date shall be determined by the Agent but shall not be earlier than two business days or later than seven business days after delivery of the Over-Allotment Option Notice.

  • The closing of the Over-Allotment Option shall be conditional upon the conditions set forth in Section 6 that apply to an Over-Allotment closing, except that such conditions that apply shall be satisfied as at the Time of Closing on the Over-Allotment Option Closing Date.

Over-Allotment Option Closing Date means the date on which the Over- Allotment Option Closing occurs;
