The Over-Allotment Option Closing Date shall be determined by the Agent but shall not be earlier than two business days or later than seven business days after delivery of the Over-Allotment Option Notice.
The closing of the Over-Allotment Option shall be conditional upon the conditions set forth in Section 6 that apply to an Over-Allotment closing, except that such conditions that apply shall be satisfied as at the Time of Closing on the Over-Allotment Option Closing Date.
