Outstanding Percentage definition

Outstanding Percentage means the ratio of (i) the aggregate outstanding principal amount under the Ratable Notes of the Existing Banks, immediately prior to the admission of the New Bank (or the increase in the Loan Commitment of a Bank), to (ii) the aggregate of the Loan Commitments of the Existing Banks (as increased pursuant to this Section, if applicable) and the New Bank.
Outstanding Percentage has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(d).
Outstanding Percentage as of any date and with respect to each Lender and the Issuing Bank, as the case may be, a fraction the numerator of which is the Outstandings of such Lender or the Issuing Bank, as applicable, on such date, and the denominator of which is the aggregate Outstandings of all Lenders and the Issuing Bank on such date.

Outstanding Percentage. As defined in Section 3.6(c) hereof.
