Outstanding Judgments definition

Outstanding Judgments means, at any date of determination, unpaid Judgments then in effect (regardless of whether bonded or stayed). 49 17
Outstanding Judgments means, as of any date of determination, the total of (i) all money judgments (collectively, "Money Judgments") issued or rendered against Lessee in excess of any applicable insurance with respect to which the insurer has admitted liability and (ii) all writs of attachment, garnishment, execution or similar processes issued or rendered against the Collateral or any accounts of Lessee at the Bank ("Garnishments").
