Outstanding Depositable Certificate. Any Depositable Certificate issued hereunder; provided, however, that upon the exchange of any Depositable Certificate pursuant to Section 4.03 hereof, the Depositable Certificate so exchanged shall be deemed no longer to be an Outstanding Depositable Certificate, and the Exchangeable Certificate issued in exchange therefore shall be deemed to be an Outstanding Exchangeable Certificate.
