Outstanding Charge definition

Outstanding Charge means a charge or an application to a court with respect to an Offence, for which an information has been sworn or an application to a court has been made that has not yet resulted in a conviction, acquittal or order by a court;

Examples of Outstanding Charge in a sentence

  • MCC agrees to create, implement and maintain administrative and operational procedures and records which are sufficient to allow it to ensure that the Outstanding Charge Amount is: readily identifiable; and capable of being collected and enforced.

  • The Building Owner may prepay all or any part of the Outstanding Charge Amount (excluding any relevant Administrative Costs that have not yet been applied) (“Prepayment”) by giving not less than twenty-eight (28) days prior written notice to the Council and the Finance Provider specifying the amount and the Charge Payment Date on which the Prepayment will be paid, provided that any Prepayment is not less than a Charge Payment.

  • The Building Owner may prepay all or part of the Outstanding Charge Amount (Prepayment), subject to the terms agreed with the Finance Provider, by giving not less than twenty-eight (28) days prior written notice to the Council and the Finance Provider specifying the amount and the Charge Payment Date on which the Prepayment will be paid.

  • If the Building Owner fails to procure the execution of a deed poll assigning all of its rights and novating all of its obligations under this agreement to the new owner on or before the date of completion of the contract for the sale of land, the Building Owner must: notify the Council and the Finance Provider immediately; and repay the Outstanding Charge Amount in full to the Council in accordance with a notice that the Council shall issue.

  • Administrative procedures by the Council The Council agrees to create, implement and maintain administrative and operational procedures and records which are sufficient to allow it to ensure that the Outstanding Charge Amount is: readily identifiable; and capable of being collected and enforced.
