Outstanding Capital Balance definition

Outstanding Capital Balance in relation to any Loan means the sum of: (i) the unpaid capital balance of such Loan; (ii) any fees or charges that are due and payable in respect of such Loan; and (iii) the amount of any insurance premiums which have been paid by the Lender on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with clause 9.4.2 and which have not yet been repaid.
Outstanding Capital Balance means the sum of: (i) all amounts which have been drawn down in accordance with clause 5.2.1; and (ii) any fees or charges that are due and payable in respect of the NipeBoost Loan Service, and which have not yet been repaid.
Outstanding Capital Balance means the relevant outstanding capital balance as set out in Schedule VI (Outstanding Capital Balance);

Examples of Outstanding Capital Balance in a sentence

  • Interest shall continue to accrue (before and after judgment) until the Outstanding Capital Balance has been repaid in full.

  • Interest on each Loan will accrue on a daily basis, on the basis of a 365 (three hundred and sixty five) day year, on the Outstanding Capital Balance thereof, with effect from the relevant date of Disbursement and at the rate shown on the relevant Loan Application Form.

  • Interest shall be payable by the Borrower in accordance with clause10.1. If the Borrower is late in paying any amount payable by it under this Agreement on its due date, interest will continue to accrue on the Outstanding Capital Balance of the Loan.

Related to Outstanding Capital Balance

  • Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Outstanding Principal Balances of each Class outstanding on such date.

  • Outstanding Loan Balance means the principal amount of your full-time Direct Loans outstanding at any time, including any Canada Student Grant amount(s) converted to a Direct Loan, together with all interest on those amounts.

  • Outstanding Principal Balance As of the time of any determination, the principal balance of a Mortgage Loan remaining to be paid by the Mortgagor, or, in the case of an REO Property, the principal balance of the related Mortgage Loan remaining to be paid by the Mortgagor at the time such property was acquired by the Trust Fund less any Net Liquidation Proceeds with respect thereto to the extent applied to principal.

  • Outstanding Balance of any Receivable at any time means the then outstanding principal balance thereof.

  • Aggregate Collateral Balance means, as at any Measurement Date, the amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts, as at such Measurement Date:

  • Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance means on any day, the sum of the Outstanding Loan Balances of all Eligible Loans included as part of the Collateral on such date.

  • Aggregate Principal Balance means, with respect to any date of determination, the sum of the Principal Balances for all Receivables (other than (i) any Receivable that became a Liquidated Receivable prior to the end of the related Collection Period and (ii) any Receivable that became a Purchased Receivable prior to the end of the related Collection Period) as of the date of determination.

  • Note Principal Balance means, with respect to each Note, at any time of determination, the Principal Balance for such Note, as set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, less any payments of principal thereon (or any New Notes issued in substitution thereof) received by the related Note Holder (or any holders of New Notes in substitution thereof) or reductions in such amount pursuant to Section 3 or 4, as applicable.

  • Adjusted Pool Balance means, on the Closing Date, an amount equal to:

  • Outstanding Amount means the aggregate principal amount of all Notes, or Class of Notes, as applicable, Outstanding at the date of determination.

  • Average Principal Balance means for any Monthly Period in which a Reset Date occurs, the sum of (i) the Aggregate Principal Receivables determined as of the close of business on the last day of the prior Monthly Period, multiplied by a fraction the numerator of which is the number of days from and including the first day of such Monthly Period, to but excluding the related Reset Date, and the denominator of which is the number of days in such Monthly Period, and (ii) for each such Reset Date, the product of the Aggregate Principal Receivables determined as of the close of business on such Reset Date, multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days from and including such Reset Date, to the earlier of the last day of such Monthly Period (in which case such period shall include such date) or the next succeeding Reset Date (in which case such period shall exclude such date), and the denominator of which is the number of days in such Monthly Period.

  • Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance At any given time, the sum of the then current Class Principal Balances of the Certificates.

  • Advance Amount means with respect to Class A Advances, the Class A Advance Amount and, with respect to Class B Advances, the Class B Advance Amount.

  • Aggregate Funded Spread As of any Measurement Date, the sum of: (a) in the case of each Floating Rate Obligation (other than a Defaulted Obligation) that bears interest at a spread over a reference rate based index that is a Benchmark-based Index or is the same as the then-current Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Notes (including, for any Permitted Deferrable Obligation, only the excess of the required current cash pay interest required by the Underlying Documents thereon over the applicable index and excluding the unfunded portion of any Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation and Revolving Collateral Obligation), (i) the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash on such Collateral Obligation above such index multiplied by (ii) the Principal Balance of such Collateral Obligation; provided that (i) with respect to any Floor Obligation, the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash on such Collateral Obligation over the applicable index shall be deemed to be equal to the sum of (x) the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash over the applicable index and (y) the excess, if any, of the specified “floor” rate relating to such Collateral Obligation over the greater of zero and the applicable index and (ii) the interest rate of each Step-Up Obligation will be deemed to be its current rate of interest and the interest rate of each Step-Down Obligation will be deemed to be the lowest rate of interest that such Collateral Obligation will by its terms pay in the future solely as a function of the passage of time; and (b) in the case of each Floating Rate Obligation (including, for any Permitted Deferrable Obligation, only the required current cash pay interest required by the Underlying Documents thereon and excluding the unfunded portion of any Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation and Revolving Collateral Obligation) that bears interest at a spread over an index other than a reference rate based index that is a Benchmark-based Index or is the same as the then-current Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Notes, (i) the excess of (x) the sum of such spread and the greater of such index or any applicable floor paid in Cash over (y) the Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Notes as of the immediately preceding Interest Determination Date (which spread or excess may be expressed as a negative percentage) multiplied by (ii) the Principal Balance of each such Collateral Obligation.

  • Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount has the meaning specified in the Indenture.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Principal Amount means the sum of the Outstanding Principal Amounts with respect to all Series of Notes.

  • Working Capital Deficit means the amount by which the Net Working Capital is less than the Target Net Working Capital.

  • Aggregate Principal Amount means, as of any date of calculation, the principal amount or Accreted Value of the Bonds referred to.

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.
