Outside Servicing Fee Rate definition

Outside Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to any Outside Serviced Trust Mortgage Loan or any successor REO Trust Mortgage Loan with respect thereto, the rate per annum at which the Outside Servicing Fee is being calculated. In the case of each Outside Serviced Trust Mortgage Loan or any successor REO Trust Mortgage Loan with respect thereto, the Outside Servicing Fee Rate is 0.01% per annum.

Related to Outside Servicing Fee Rate

  • Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.50% per annum.

  • Master Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.25% per annum.

  • Subservicing Fee Rate The per annum rate designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "SUBSERV FEE".
