Outside Organization definition
Outside Organization means any:
Outside Organization means any not-for-profit corporation, community chest, fund or foundation that is: (i) not included in the definition of Controlled Entity; and (ii) exempt from United States federal income tax other than any unrelated business income tax applicable to tax-exempt organizations under the Internal Revenue Code. “Outside Organization” also means any entity listed as such in an endorsement to this policy.
