Outside Laboratory definition

Outside Laboratory has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(a).

Examples of Outside Laboratory in a sentence

  • If the representatives cannot resolve such dispute, the retained samples shall be submitted by Durect and King to an Outside Laboratory, and the test results obtained by such laboratory shall be final and controlling.

  • The fees and expenses of the Outside Laboratory testing shall be borne [ * * *].

  • Outside Laboratory Studies will be drawn in the office at no additional charge and the Patient will be charged according to the direct price rate we have negotiated with the lab.

  • Subject to this Section 2.12(a), the findings of the Outside Laboratory shall be binding on the Parties, absent manifest error.

  • Scheduling and administration of Outside Laboratory Testing shall be the responsibility of Buyer.
