Outpatient hospital definition

Outpatient hospital means a portion of a Hospital which provides diagnostic, therapeutic (both surgical and nonsurgical), and rehabilitation services by, or under the supervision of, a Physician to patients treated on an outpatient basis for a variety of medical conditions and not kept overnight or otherwise admitted as inpatients to the Hospital.
