• If the Services are to be performed on or near navigable waters, the policy(ies) shall include coverage for United States Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers Act, and, if applicable, coverage for the Death on the High Seas Act, the ▇▇▇▇▇ Act, the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act and any other applicable law regarding maritime law.
