Outdoor Sales definition

Outdoor Sales means the use of land, buildings and structures for the retail sale or rental of items that are of such a size or quantity so as to typically and primarily be displayed outdoors, such as:
Outdoor Sales means sales conducted in a temporary and moveable stand erected for the primary purpose of selling Fireworks.
Outdoor Sales means an outdoor area where mer- chandise is sold or is displayed for sale, and which is freely accessible to the public, except that automotive retail sales areas shall be considered outdoor sales whether freely accessible or not. Outdoor sales may be the principal use of a lot or may be accessory to a commercial use where the sales transactions occur within a structure.

Outdoor Sales means any use by a Permittee for temporary or permanent sales, displays, and/or customer seating or other activities, which areas are located outside of the structure of such Permittee's Store. Outdoor Sales are subject to Developer's approval.
