Outage Credit definition

Outage Credit means the quotient achieved by dividing the Base Rent for the month in which the Interruption of Landlord’s Essential Services occurred by 60.
Outage Credit means a credit to be paid to a customer for a period of time when services are not rendered for reasons not caused by the customer, force majeure or without prior publication of scheduled maintenance or service;

  • In the event of an Outage, Customer shall be entitled to a credit ("Outage Credit") upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇' receipt of Customer's written request for such Outage Credit.

  • CUSTOMER's sole remedy for a failure by GDS to either provide Services or Products by the Due Date or to provide Services during the contracted term for such Services, will be for the CUSTOMER to request an Outage Credit, as defined in Article 6.
