Examples of Our Service Providers in a sentence

  • SmartSimple cannot guarantee that Your Data will not be legitimately accessed from other geographical locations related to Your own internal business purposes or that Your Data will always be transmitted solely within your designated hosting and back-up region by Our Service Providers related to Their internal business purposes.

  • Once We receive and confirm Your request, We will delete (and direct Our Service Providers to delete) Your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

  • Our Service Providers and we have the right but not the obligation to monitor and remove communications content that we find in our sole discretion to be objectionable in any way.

  • Our Service Providers are subject to confidentiality and security requirements.

  • Our Service Providers are third-party vendors, who are not the seller, lessor, or management company.

  • Our Service Providers will have access to the authentication credentials that you provide for accessing third- party accounts and will use them to obtain your account information only.

  • Our Service Providers may be located in or outside of Canada and may be required to disclose your Personal Information under the laws of their jurisdiction.
