Examples of Our Policies in a sentence

  • Modifications to Our Policies will take effect automatically as of the effective date specified for the updated policies.

  • We may modify Our Policies to take effect during your then-current Subscription Term in order to respond to changes in our products, our business, or Laws.

  • In event of any conflict between the main body of these Terms and Our Policies, Our Policies will control with respect to their subject matter.

Related to Our Policies

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • R&W Policy means a representation and warranty insurance policy for the benefit of Buyer obtained in connection with this Agreement on the terms described on Schedule 1.01 of the Buyer Disclosure Schedule.

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification.   • R&W Insurance Policy means the representations and warranties insurance policy issued to Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Privacy Policies means all published, posted and written internal policies, procedures, agreements and notices with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.
