Other Regulatory Body means government Departments and agencies, the European Union Commission or any other regulatory council or body (other than the Council) including any health and safety enforcement agency, with power to regulate the Services and their respective successors and substitutes or any body other than CQC exercising similar regulatory functions to the CQC;
