Other Pipeline definition

Other Pipeline means a rate regulated pipeline facility not owned or operated by ATCO Pipelines and which is used to deliver or receive merchantable quantities of Gas to or from a facility owned or operated by ATCO Pipelines. The isolated NGTL systems interconnecting with ATCO Pipelines Chip Lake and Coaldale areas are not considered Other Pipelines.
