Other Pacific Islander means a person having origin in Guam, Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands that are identified as having Polynesian, Micronesian, or Melanesian origins. Payment shall mean a transfer of Assistance funds from the CDFI Fund to the Recipient pursuant to this Assistance Agreement. Performance Goals shall mean the performance goals and measures as described in Schedule 1.

Regulated Institutions shall mean Insured Credit Unions, Insured Depository Institutions, State- Insured Credit Unions, and Depository Institution Holding Companies.
