Other Network Services definition

Other Network Services means all types of connectivity and transport services required to Deliver the Prodigy Service between an Internet service subscriber's location and up to and including the backbone and any GSP, including but not limited to dial-up access, backbone, transport, and network management and integration services, but specifically excluding Broadband Access.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • public telecommunications network means the public telecommunications infrastructure which enables signals to be conveyed between defined network termination points by wire, by microwave, by optical means or by other electromagnetic means;

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.
