Other Landlords definition

Other Landlords means, collectively, (a) the owner, from time to time, of Building 200, (b) the owner, from time to time, of Parking Garage A, (c) the owner, from time to time, of Building 100, (d) the owner, from time to time, of Building 600, (e) the owner of any Amenity Building, and (f) each “Additional Party” (as defined in the Declaration).
Other Landlords means, collectively, (a) 200 Discovery Park, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, its successors and assigns, as the owner of Building 200, (b) Parking Garage A Owner, (c) BHX, LLC, as Trustee of Acorn Park I Realty Trust, its successors and assigns, as the owner of the leasehold interest under the Ground Lease from Ground Lessor dated November 17, 2000, notice of which is recorded with the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 32042, Page 546 and filed with the Middlesex South Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 1155608, as amended, and (d) each “Additional Party” (as defined in the Declaration).
Other Landlords has the meaning set forth in Item 3C of the Summary of Basic Terms.

Examples of Other Landlords in a sentence

  • Tenant shall not have the right to use those portions of the Common Areas designated from time to time by Landlord and/or Other Landlords as for the exclusive use of one or more other tenants, provided that Landlord shall not, and shall not permit any Other Landlords to, make such a designation as would materially adversely affect Tenant’s use and enjoyment of the Premises.

  • Landlord and/or Other Landlords may, from time to time, designate one or more spaces in the Parking Areas as reserved for the exclusive use of one or more of the tenants of the Project and/or for Landlord’s and/or Other Landlords’ Invitees, so long as Landlord causes to be available to Tenant the parking required by this Section.

  • Landlord and Other Landlords may, in their commercially reasonable discretion, from time to time modify the Rules and Regulations, provided that such modification is not inconsistent with Tenant’s rights under this Lease and does not materially adversely affect Tenant’s operations at the Premises, and waive any one or more of the Rules and Regulations in the case of any one or more tenants.

  • Landlord and/or Other Landlords may, from time to time, designate one or more spaces in Parking Garage A as reserved for the exclusive use of one or more of the tenants of the Project and/or for Landlord’s and/or Other Landlords’ Invitees, so long as Landlord causes to be available to Tenant the parking required by this Section.

  • Landlord and/or Other Landlords shall have the right from time to time to designate or change the number, locations, size or configuration of the Buildings, including, without limitation, the Common Areas, exits and entrances, and to modify or replace the Common Facilities, and to permit expansion and new construction therein, provided that the same will not cause an unreasonable interference with Tenant’s use and enjoyment of the Premises.

  • Tenant shall not have the right to use those portions of the Common Areas designated from time to time by Landlord and/or Other Landlords as for the exclusive use of one or more other tenants, provided that Landlord shall not, and shall not permit any Other Landlords to, make such a designation as would cause an unreasonable interference with Tenant’s use and enjoyment of the Premises.

  • Landlord and/or Other Landlords may, by the Rules and Regulations and in order to facilitate the orderly use of the Parking Areas, designate certain Parking Areas as being primarily for the use of tenants of one or more Buildings, and such a designation shall not trigger an obligation by Landlord to designate any spaces in the Parking Areas as reserved for the exclusive use of Tenant.

  • Landlord and/or Other Landlords shall have the right from time to time to designate or change the number, locations, size or configuration of the Buildings other than the Building, including, without limitation, the Common Areas, exits and entrances, and to modify or replace the Common Facilities, and to permit expansion and new construction therein, provided that the same would not have a material adverse effect on Tenant’s use and enjoyment of the Premises.

  • Tenant shall be entitled to any interest on the Deferred Maintenance Deposit and Landlord shall hold the Deferred Maintenance Deposit in a segregated account (which account may include amounts held by Landlord pursuant to this Lease and amounts held by the Other Landlords pursuant to the Other Leases).
