Contract Item or “Contract Items” means the list of items identified in Section
Line Item means a field of information (or a combination of fields of information) to be entered in a Settlement Schedule by any Participating Subscriber in relation to a Conveyancing Transaction.
Commercial Item means a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101.
Equipments and ‘Plants’ shall mean and include all sorts of machineries and accessories, apparatus, instruments, components manufactured articles and parts etc. to be supplied or provided by the contractor under the terms of the contract , unless otherwise specified
Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.
Gasification means the substoichiometric oxidation or steam reformation of a substance to produce a gaseous mixture containing two or more of the following: (i) oxides of carbon; (ii) methane; and (iii) hydrogen;
Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.
Assembler means any person engaged in the business of assembling, replacing, or installing one or more components into an X-ray system or subsystem. The term includes the owner of an X-ray system or the employee or agent who assembles components into an X-ray system that is subsequently used to provide professional or commercial services.
Surplus Interconnection Request means a request submitted by a Surplus Interconnection Customer, pursuant to Tariff, Attachment RR, to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Request is not a New Service Request.
Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.
Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:
Connection Assets means that portion of the distribution system used to connect a customer to the existing main distribution system, and consists of the assets between the point of connection on a distributor’s main distribution system and the ownership demarcation point with that customer;
Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.
Fabrication means making up data or results and recording or reporting them.
Overall width of a vehicle means a dimension which is measured according to ISO standard 612-1978, term No. 6.2. In the case of vehicles of category other than M1, in addition to the provisions of that standard, when measuring the vehicle width the following devices shall not be taken into account:
Busy Line Verification (BLV) means a service whereby an End User requests an operator to confirm the busy status of a line.
Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.
Central item means any item which is in italics in this Collective Agreement.
Repair or replacement means the restoration of vehicles, vessels, or outboard motors to a sound working condition by substituting any inoperative part of the vehicle, vessel, or outboard motor, or by correcting the inoperative part.
Reference Item means each asset or reference basis (i) specified, under the heading "Underlying" in the Product Terms, to be the Underlying or; (ii) in the case of a basket of assets or reference bases, to be included in the Underlying.
Installer means an employee engaged in the fitting, fixing and installing of blinds of all types including venetian blinds, and awnings,
Project Assets means all physical and other assets relating to and forming part of the Site including:
Collection Point means the collection point for the Vehicle specified in the Confirmation and/or Rental Agreement;
Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.
Collective Work means a work, such as a periodical issue, anthology or encyclopedia, in which the Work in its entirety in unmodified form, along with a number of other contributions, constituting separate and independent works in themselves, are assembled into a collective whole. A work that constitutes a Collective Work will not be considered a Derivative Work (as defined below) for the purposes of this License.
Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.
