Other Financing Documents definition

Other Financing Documents means all agreements, instruments and other documents entered into or related to the Equity Issuance and the Notes Offering.

More Definitions of Other Financing Documents

Other Financing Documents means (a) each ordinance, contract or other definitive document pursuant to which any Existing Indebtedness is issued (including the Outstanding Parity Bond Ordinances), (b) with respect to any indebtedness issued by the Borrower with respect to the System after the Effective Date (including Future Parity Bonds), the ordinance, contract or other definitive document pursuant to which any such indebtedness is issued by the Borrower after the Effective Date, (c) each Hedging Agreement and each Credit Facility, in each case with respect to the System, (d) each Supplemental Ordinance, and (e) each Security Document.

Other Financing Documents means and include the Subordinated Trust Agreement and the financing documents executed by the Authority in connection with the issuance or incurrence of Other Indebtedness.

Other Financing Documents means the Preferred Stock Purchase Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement and the Voting Agreement.

Other Financing Documents means all promissory notes, loan agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security agreements, grant agreements, ground leases, master leases, condominium declarations, restrictive covenants, commitments, subscription agreements, partnership or joint venture agreements, or other agreements or instruments relating to any funding of any kind for development in the Yesler Terrace Redevelopment Area.
