Credit Extensions mean each of the following: (a) a Borrowing and (b) an L/C Credit Extension.
L/C Credit Extension means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the issuance thereof or extension of the expiry date thereof, or the increase of the amount thereof.
L/C Credit Extension means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the issuance thereof or extension of the expiry date thereof, or the increase of the amount thereof.
Revolving Extensions of Credit as to any Revolving Lender at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans held by such Lender then outstanding, (b) such Lender’s Revolving Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding and (c) such Lender’s Revolving Percentage of the aggregate principal amount of Swingline Loans then outstanding.
Revolving Credit Extension Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(f)(ii).
Total Extensions of Credit at any time, the aggregate amount of the Extensions of Credit of the Lenders outstanding at such time.
Request for Credit Extension means (a) with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Term Loans or Revolving Credit Loans, a Committed Loan Notice, (b) with respect to an L/C Credit Extension, a Letter of Credit Application, and (c) with respect to a Swing Line Loan, a Swing Line Loan Notice.
Total Revolving Extensions of Credit at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Extensions of Credit of the Revolving Lenders outstanding at such time.
Credit Extension Date means the Borrowing Date for an Advance or the issuance date for a Facility LC.
Other Crossed Loans As defined in Section 2.03(a) of this Agreement.
Additional Credit Extension Amendment means an amendment to this Agreement providing for any New Term Loans which shall be consistent with the applicable provisions of this Agreement relating to New Term Loans otherwise satisfactory to the Agent and the Borrower.
Credit Extension means each of the following: (a) a Borrowing and (b) an L/C Credit Extension.
Other Creditors means any Lender or any Affiliate thereof and their successors, transferees and assigns if any (even if such Lender subsequently ceases to be a Lender under this Agreement for any reason), together with such Lender’s or Affiliate’s successors, transferees and assigns, with which the Parent and/or the Borrower enters into any Interest Rate Protection Agreements or Other Hedging Agreements from time to time.
Extension of Credit means, as to any Lender, the making of a Loan by such Lender or the issuance of, or participation in, a Letter of Credit by such Lender.
Aggregate Outstanding Extensions of Credit as to any Lender with respect to any Type of Loan at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of all Loans of such Type made by such Lender then outstanding and (b) such Lender's Commitment Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding.
Initial Extension of Credit means the earlier to occur of the initial Borrowing and the initial issuance of a Letter of Credit hereunder.
Extensions of Credit means, as to any Lender at any time, (a) an amount equal to the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans made by such Lender then outstanding, (ii) such Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding, and (iii) such Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage of the Swingline Loans then outstanding, or (b) the making of any Loan or participation in any Letter of Credit by such Lender, as the context requires.
Revolving Credit Advances has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1.
Borrower Credit Agreement Obligations the collective reference to the unpaid principal of and interest on the Loans and Reimbursement Obligations and all other obligations and liabilities of the Borrower (including, without limitation, interest accruing at the then applicable rate provided in the Credit Agreement after the maturity of the Loans and Reimbursement Obligations and interest accruing at the then applicable rate provided in the Credit Agreement after the filing of any petition in bankruptcy, or the commencement of any insolvency, reorganization or like proceeding, relating to the Borrower, whether or not a claim for post-filing or post-petition interest is allowed in such proceeding) to the Administrative Agent or any Lender, whether direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, due or to become due, or now existing or hereafter incurred, which may arise under, out of, or in connection with, the Credit Agreement, this Agreement, or the other Loan Documents, or any Letter of Credit, or any other document made, delivered or given in connection therewith, in each case whether on account of principal, interest, reimbursement obligations, fees, indemnities, costs, expenses or otherwise (including, without limitation, all fees and disbursements of counsel to the Administrative Agent or to the Lenders that are required to be paid by the Borrower pursuant to the terms of any of the foregoing agreements).
Commercial Letters of Credit means those letters of credit subject to the UCP payable in Dollars and issued or caused to be issued by Lender on behalf of Borrower under a Loan Facility for the benefit of a supplier(s) of Borrower in connection with Borrower's purchase of goods or services from the supplier in support of the export of the Items.
Lender Creditors shall have the meaning provided in the recitals of this Agreement.
Trade Letters of Credit shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(a).
Revolving Credit Loans as defined in Section 2.1.
Existing Letters of Credit means the letters of credit issued and outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement as set forth on Schedule 2.22.
Revolving Dollar Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Dollar Commitments.
Incremental Revolving Credit Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(b).
