Other CapX Plans and Specifications definition

Other CapX Plans and Specifications means the plans and specifications for the Other CapX Work attached hereto as Exhibit L.

  • Seller shall continue to perform the Other CapX Work prior to the Closing in accordance, in all material respects, with the Other CapX Plans and Specifications; provided that, the completion of the Other CapX Work shall not be a condition precedent to Buyer’s obligations to close under this Agreement.

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;
