Other Backward Classes (OBC) definition
Other Backward Classes (OBC) means a person who belongs to Other Backward Community as notified by the State Government from time to time and who submits a certificate from the Competent Authority to that effect;
Other Backward Classes (OBC) means any socially and educationally backward classes of citizens as declared by the State Government and includes Other Backward Classes declared by the Government of India in relation to the State of Gujarat;
