OSG Restricted Stock Award means a restricted stock award granted pursuant to an OSG Equity Plan that is outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time and held by an OSG Group non-employee director or employee.

Examples of OSG Restricted Stock Award in a sentence

  • Any formal correspondence to and from the Regional Administrator, the VPP participant, or the public.

  • If the resulting product includes a fractional share of restricted stock or restricted stock unit, the number of shares underlying such Adjusted OSG Restricted Stock Award shall be rounded down to the nearest whole share of restricted stock or unit.
