Osage Pipeline definition

Osage Pipeline has the meaning set forth in Exhibit K.
Osage Pipeline means the approximately 130-mile pipeline system for the shipment of crude oil from Cushing, OK to El Dorado, KS.
Osage Pipeline means that certain pipeline system owned and operated by Osage and comprised of a 135-mile, 20-inch pipe line originating in Cushing, Oklahoma, and terminating within the El Dorado tank farm near El Dorado, Kansas, along with associated pumping and metering stations and equipment.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.
