Orphan Data definition

Orphan Data means data that is not machine readable because the data exists with no identifiable computer application or system that can retrieve it, or the data is machine readable but does not have sufficient content, context or structure to render it understandable;

Examples of Orphan Data in a sentence

  • In the event that certain information and data developed under this Agreement cannot reasonably be categorized as above as either Medtronic Data or Orphan Data, such information and data shall be jointly owned by the parties and considered confidential information of both parties.

  • All confidential data and information collected by the parties which arise under this Agreement and which specifically relate to the Drug, including the dosage, stability, or formulation, shall be owned by and considered confidential information belonging to Orphan ("Orphan Data").

Related to Orphan Data

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product (including any applicable Drug Master Files (“DMFs”), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • ALI Database A database used in providing 911 Service which stores information associated with End User customers’ telephone numbers or Shell Records.
