Origination Agreement definition

Origination Agreement mean that certain Origination Agreement, dated as of March 19, 2003, between DTCS and DTAC, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.

Origination Agreement means an agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, between a Life Settlement Provider and the applicable seller relating to the purchase of Policies, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

Origination Agreement means any origination agreement entered into by the Authority for the origination of Eligible Loans financed in the Trust Estate, as amended from time to time.
