Original In-Service Date definition

Original In-Service Date means the date the Certified Used Vehicle’s manufacturer’s warranty began as determined by the manufacturer’s records. If the date that the Certified Used Vehicle’s manufacturer’s warranty began as determined by the manufacturer’s records is not available, then Original In Service Date shall mean the original record of sale/original DMV registration date as noted on the Certified Used Vehicle history report used in the certification process.
Original In-Service Date means and/or refers to the date the factory brand new vehicle first went into service by the original owner.
Original In-Service Date means the date specified on the Declaration Page which is the date the Vehicle was first put into service.

  • The Expiration Date is determined by adding the number of years you have selected for coverage to the Original In-Service Date of the Vehicle.

  • If the vehicle is still covered by the BMW New Vehicle Limited Warranty or Certified Pre-Owned BMW Protection Plan, the Expiration Date is determined by adding the number of years you have selected for coverage to the Original In-Service Date of the Vehicle.

More Definitions of Original In-Service Date

Original In-Service Date means the date in which the Vehicle was first put into service as registered by HACC.
Original In-Service Date means and/or refers to the date the factory brand new vehicle first went into service by the original owner. “Reasonable Cost” means and/or refers to charges to repair or replace covered parts including labour at prevailing labour rates at a Licenced Repair Facility and according to the Current Industry Labour Guide (Global uses Snap-On Shopkey) using new, rebuilt, or parts of like kind and quality, which may, from time to time, include serviceable Used parts.
Original In-Service Date means the earliest date that an Eligible Vehicle was originally leased or sold to a retail customer; or, if the Eligible Vehicle was first placed into service as a “demonstrator” or “company” car, on the date such Eligible Vehicle was first placed into service.

  • In-Service Date means the date on which the Facility and System Modifications (if applicable) are complete and ready for service, even if the Facility is not placed in service on or by that date.

  • Plan Termination Date means the date that is ten (10) years after the Effective Date, unless the Plan is earlier terminated by the Board pursuant to Section 15 hereof.

  • Monthly Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
