Original Holder definition

Original Holder shall have the meaning given in the Recitals.

Original Holder means the Holder, and if the Holder is a successor, transferee, assignee or designee, then the Investor to which this Warrant was issued at Closing of the Purchase Agreement and any of its successors, transferees, assignees or designees (including the Holder).

Original Holder in relation to any Group Transferee means the Shareholder who made the transfer of the relevant Shares to the Group Transferee or, in the case of a series of transfers between Group Transferees, the Shareholder who made the initial transfer of the relevant Shares to a Group Transferee, and the relevant Shares means the Shares held by the Group Transferee or any Shares from which those Shares are derived or by virtue of which those Shares were acquired;

More Definitions of Original Holder

Original Holder shall include all Affiliates thereof owning any shares of Registrable Common Stock or Common Stock.
