Original Expiration Date definition

Original Expiration Date means the date falling one (1) year from the Drawdown Date of the Advance first to occur;

Original Expiration Date means the expiration date provided in the applicable Award grant prior to the application of any acceleration event applicable to such Award.

• Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, the Option may not be exercised after the latest Original Expiration Date set forth above.

• The Committee will always have the authority and discretion to extend the Expiration Date of any Stock Option as long as the extended Expiration Date is not later than the Original Expiration Date.
