Examples of Original Credit Agreement in a sentence
Each of the parties hereto acknowledges and agrees that any of the Loan Documents to which it is a party or otherwise bound shall continue in full force and effect and that all of its obligations thereunder shall be valid and enforceable and shall not be impaired or limited by the execution or effectiveness of the amendment and restatement of the Original Credit Agreement.
Except as provided in Article 5, this Agreement and the amendment and restatement of the Original Credit Agreement contemplated hereby shall become effective when it has been executed by the Agent and when the Agent has received counterparts hereof that, when taken together, bear the signatures of each of the other parties hereto.
The parties hereto further acknowledge and agree that this Agreement constitutes an amendment of the Original Credit Agreement validly made under and in accordance with the terms of Section 13.2 of the Original Credit Agreement.
Except to the extent specifically amended hereby, each of the Loan Documents (including the Exhibits and Schedules to the Original Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents) shall continue in full force and effect and, from and after the Effective Date, all references to the "Credit Agreement" contained therein shall be deemed to refer to this Agreement.
